Our Story

Built by people who've been on your side of the table

Tann Capital Group was founded by Hemmalaya Tann after two decades in real estate. That career started in 2005 and ran through the crash, the recovery, and every market since. Twenty years on the investor's side of the table teaches you one lesson over and over. Good deals die waiting on financing far more often than they die on their merits.

Tann Capital Group is the lender that experience said was missing. We answer fast, we price honestly, and we treat a term sheet as a promise. We're based in South Florida, and we keep the firm small on purpose. Every deal is reviewed by the person whose name is on the door.

The experience shaped a simple conviction, and it became Tann Capital Group. The difference between a deal that closes and a deal that dies is usually the lender. Investors deserve one who moves at the speed of the opportunity.
